CPU tilization becomes almost 100% on Windows 10 build 11099

Due to new CMD.exe process, CPU utilization becomes almost 100% like below:

The workaround is below:

  1. open Command Prompt windows
  2. right click left corner of Command Prompt Window and choose Properties
  3. check Use Legacy console (requires relaunch)
  4. then reboot Windows

ビルト11099でconsole windows hostがいっぱい動きちゃう件、コマンドプロンプトのプロパティで上記な部分をイジるのも一つの方法らしい。
